Part-Time Tuition

Junior Kindergarten  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are full days                                                    Wednesday and Friday are at home days

REFUNDS

The Application Fee of $200 for single or $275 for multiple children will be waived if tuition is paid in full by April 1.

Bursaries

Bursaries are possible by donations only. The bursary awards are on a sliding scale, between 10-50% of the tuition cost. To ensure an objective review of applications, we have engaged a third party to confirm financial need, Apple Financial Services.

For earliest consideration, returning families’ bursary applications should be submitted no later than February 1st, 2024. After this, Open Enrolment begins and applications are reviewed in order of arrival to the WCCA School Governance Bursary Committee.

Bursaries are granted on an annual basis; therefore an application must be submitted each year. The WCCA School Governance Bursary Committee will review all applications and grant financial assistance after reviewing the recommendations of the third party agency.
